Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of QiQi Forge (qiqiforge.io) and related services provided by QiQi AI Studio L.L.C. (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

QiQi Forge is a software application that connects to your Stripe account (via Stripe’s App platform) to help you search, filter, and export invoice documents. We are not a payment processor; Stripe’s terms apply to your Stripe account.

2. Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the Stripe account you connect. You must comply with Stripe’s policies and applicable law.

3. Accounts & access

Access is tied to your Stripe App installation. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if Stripe revokes access, or if required for security or legal reasons.

4. Fees

Paid plans, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at signup or on our website. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use exports in violation of law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

We retain rights in the software and branding. Stripe’s trademarks belong to Stripe. You retain rights in your own business data.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING EXPORTED INVOICES FOR ACCURACY AND COMPLIANCE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QIQI AI STUDIO L.L.C. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify QiQi against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts unless otherwise required by law.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be notified via the App or email.
